Hi,@sebastianharg

Based on your description, it seems that the data source credentials and gateway are not configured properly.

  1. If your data source is from local, you need to configure the local gateway before you can do scheduled refresh. Please make sure the gateway is working properly.
  2. In addition to the gateway, you also need to have the correct credentials. You cannot change the local data source path and name at will.

Please check these two parts again. If this does not work, please provide some more details.

Hope it helps.

Best Regards,
Caitlyn Yan

@sebastianharg , Not very clear -" when I set up a programmed update"

The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Appreciate your Kudos.
