Hello,
I have this measure which calcualtes a bonus which depens on the revenue and a percentage:
Bonus = SUMX('Zuordnung - RSM/VP', [Bonus] * [Faktor])
We have three hierachies.
Company
------
Employer
-------
Costumer
so I calculate the values for the costumer. Each employe has different costumers. I then sum the results for the bonus for each employe. And then each of these calculations is summarized for the company. Thats why I use the SUMX instead of the usual sum.
But for the company hierachy in power BI it shows this:
All other hierachies work. So employer and costumer hierachy. There I can see the numbers.
How can I change it, so it will work?
Hi @Companyuser101 ,
The problem may have to do with the way the data model or hierarchy you are designing interacts with each other.
1. Check the relationships between tables:
Ensure that the correct relationships have been established between the relevant tables in the data model and verify that the relationships are properly defined.
2. Check visual interactions:
In Power BI, check the interaction between the visual elements in the report. Ensure that the visual elements of the company hierarchy are not affected by filters or slicers that may affect the display.
3. Hierarchy Navigation Functions:
Use USERELATIONSHIP or RELATED to properly navigate the hierarchy. Ensure that the correct functions are used to traverse the hierarchy and calculate bonuses at each hierarchy level.
If you still have problems, please provide more screenshots or test data, so that I can answer you as soon as possible!
