Hi,
I am encountering this error below. My Microsoft office is updated. What could be the problem?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @icdns
Try signing out and signing back in to PowerPoint (and all Microsoft products).
Sometimes this can arise due to a sync issue with multiple accounts or alternatively an update has taken place and a restart is required.
If that doesn't fix it, unistall then reinstall the Power BI add-in.
Hopefully this helps.
Theo 🙂
