Error connecting using Azure Databricks connector through a reverse proxy

I encountered the following error when connecting to Databricks using the Azure Databricks connector through a reverse proxy:

Details: "ODBC: ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][ThriftExtension] (14) Unexpected response from server during a HTTP connection: Bad Status: Unrecognized response:HTTP/1.1 302 Redirect."

How can I check what is the protocol and port to open at the proxy?

I have open the TCP port 80 and 443.

Thanks.
