Error connecting Power BI to Amazon Athena

We handed over the dashboard, which uses the Amazon Athena connector, to the client. 

They were supposed to install Simba Athena and set up the DSN (using the same name and credentials that I used). I was able to refresh the data on my machine, but they keep getting errors. The error is seen below.
