Hello.

When I open the Power Bi, this message appears "External component has thrown an exception" and after that the program closes automatically. 

How can I solve this problem?

@Anonymous 

I would uninstall PowerBI Desktop then reinstall it using the latest version.  See if that fixes the problem.
