Trying to remove blanks from Matrix

Hello,

I am currently trying to achieve what I thought would be simple filtering on my matrix in order to only show Growth Vs Prior Year values that are not blank and have been unable to do so. I tried various ways of achieving this and the simplest being to set the Growth vs Prior year filter to "Is not Blank" and that does not work. Screenshots below, any help would be appreciated.

On your if statement, if you can change this " " to this ""

This will probably fix your issue.

I actually have tried that as well and it unfortunately did not.
