Error Message "power bi the query contains a filter with too many values, "

Hi,

today appeared several errors on a report, with this message "power bi the query contains a filter with too many values, for queries against the model and server. the maximum number of value allowed in a single filter is 500. Please reduce the number of selected values in the filter"

My doubt is, how to manage this? Shouldn't the filter accept all the range? 

And, i need to select the possible 500 values on a attribute filter placed at level or report page?

Seems a little strange having to manage this.

Do you use deflaut slicer visual or any other custom slicer visual, like HierarchySlicer?

Do you connect to data source in live connection?

Base on my knowledge, after version 2017/11, Power bi have  removed our 500 value limit on how many values you can match when filtering for all data sources except Live connections to analysis services models.

Hi Maggie / v-juanli-msft,

I use hierarchy slicer, but the problem doesn't happen there, mas on the slicers, card and matrix that exist it happens, exactly because it's connected to a SSAS Tabular model.

Is there anyway to remove, or at least change the limit?  I must place a filter at Report or Page Level ?
