Error Getting Environments/Server isn't responding

I have several embedded power apps in a power bi that were working until last Thursday, Novemeber 18th. They are still working for other members of my orginization but just load as blank items for me. If I try to embed the app again it gives me the following error. I have seen simliar issues posted but have not seen a solution yet. Can someone assist?

Did you update Power BI Desktop to November 2021 version? This issue has been reported internally (ICM: 271348110). 

Before it gets fixed, there are three workarounds you can try to mitigate it:

1. Go to File > Options > Preview features > Check the "Power BI Desktop infrastructure update" and restart the PBIDesktop and try using Power Apps visual

2. Edit the visual in Power BI service.

3. Use an older version of Power BI Desktop.

@Anonymous , this may be because of New power bi update. Check Are you on Nov 2021 update.
