Error Code

My users that I have granted access to the data, the report, my sharepoint site, my workspace and anything else I can think of....my users are geting an error code when they try to view my embedded report. I have tried everything. Do you all have any reccomendations? I can 100% assure you they can access the data and the share point site, but in place of the report, they get this error.

@bwils26  Are you still getting this issue? Is it all users, or just some? Have you submitted a support ticket?
