Equal to or less than calculated Column

Looking to calculate is a date is less than or equal too calculated column which I have partly working, however if the date is blank its treating that as equal too or less than. How can I build in if the column is blank, this is my formula at the moment, I hvae tried adding a third calculation to say if its is blank but still returning 'Yes' 

if(FMRTS [Episode Start Date]<= FMRTS[Form Start Date],"Yes",if(FMRTS[Episode Start Date]>= FMRTS[Form Start Date],"No","No"))

        FMRTS[Episode Start Date] <= FMRTS[Form Start Date],

        "Yes",

I think you can use

IF (
    FMRTS[Episode Start Date] <= FMRTS[Form Start Date]
        && NOT ISBLANK ( FMRTS[Form Start Date] ),
    "Yes",
    "No"
)
