In the Line and clustered column chart below, is it possible to move the entire line above the columns?
I thought that the maximum and minimum settings of the Secondary y-axis category would help, but I was wrong.

Actually, if you set the MAX Value of the REGULAR Y Axis (for the Bars) to something like twice what you have now, that will shrink the bars relative to the whole plot, then also set the Line's MIN Y to something like -10:

Or seriously, just create two different plots, one above the other.
