Hi,
i've used this enter data button, but when i want to add any data by inserting another row it doesn't work. can someone help me for this please?
br,
Dear @Zakaria_1980 ,
You cannot add new rows to once entered data .
This is what i also used to suffer a lot .
Nowadays when i get stuck in such issues i do this ,
1)Assume i have entered such data
2) Load and save done !! and now i want to add one new row .
3) to do this go to transform data , and right click on small icon on table as you can see in screenshot below and select copy entire table
4)Now after this click enter data here itself from above ribbon and by right clicking on first cell , select paste .
5) Now add your new row and save it done !!
Now you can delete the previous one and rename newly made table as last one !
OR
Go to tranform
select enter data again
Write your new row (BUt remeber the headers must have same name as they were in your old table )
Then save this new table with only one row which you want to add .
Then Select both tables and select append querries from top right ribbon
you can select append as new or just append on your choise
a dailogue box will appear asking which tables to join
Just input names of those table
and press enter !!!
and its done
I expect kudos , so that it keeps me motivated to help.
If this helped select this post as solution
Regards
Sujit
By clicking this button, you manually create a table that is placed in Power BI.
To add a new record to this table, you must click the Transform Data button.
In the Power Query view, select the table you created, and then on the right side of the steps list, click the gear icon next to the word Source - First Step. A new window will open where you can add a new row as well as manipulate the data.

If I helped, please accept the solution and give kudos! 😀
@Zakaria_1980 , I doubt you can add again. Add another table and append
