Encryption support

Hi everyone

I have an error message when I tried to connected to my Database, a month ago it was working but I changed my computer

My error message says:

The data source you're trying to access doesn't support encryption. To access this data source using an unencrypted connection, click OK

So after a quick search, apparently, I have to uncheck encrypted connection, but I don't have this option

Any ideas of What I'm doing wrong?
