I meant that once you are using the visual in Power BI, I only could get tooltips to work when I used a column in the tooltips field well (text or non-aggregated numeric column worked). When I put measures in the tooltips field well, I did not see it in the popup. However, when I put a column and a measure in there (pic below), I saw both. So that may be your work around.

Pat

Is it possible to format the tooltip? I have pretty large numbers and without commas they are hard to read.

I tried with one of my charticulator visuals and saw the same issue when I use a measure (implicit or explicit) in the tooltips. Try using a column that has text or, if it is numeric, choose Don't Summarize.

Thanks @mahoneypat for your reply.
Did you mean when exporting the data from Power BI, we should have columns instead of measures??
In my case, i am using a measure in the table and then exporting the data in .csv file to use it in Charticulator.
