Enable a Map and Filled Map visuals

Hi guys,

 

I need help with my power bi desktop. I am trying to enable the Map and Filled Map Visuals on my Power Bi desktop and when I click the OK button it is not accepting it instead it will be highlighted. I am currently using an HP laptop. 

 

I need help resolving this issue because ever since I downloaded the Power BI software I don't visualize using the map visuals. 

 

I have attached the picture I am getting from enabling the map options.

    Mmaduabuchukwu not sure why but it is working for me, what Power BI version are you using? Maybe try to upgrade to the recent one.
