Enable Interactive Pop-up

Hi All, 

I have created a costom popup on my dashh bard/report using a popup sized page and used Table visual. when popup appears on the report containg more row like 5 or 10 10 a scoll bar apears on the visual (inside pop up ). when I try to scroll on the popup its disappears. any way to enable popup stay when user try to scroll though the list inside. in picture blow I am unable to user the highlighted scroll bar in yellow.

I assume you mean a tooltip.  You can modify the layout and size of a custom tooltip page. But please keep in mind that the tooltip page is meant for a quick check/overview, it is not supposed to replace regular report functionality.
