Embed PowerApp in PBI Desktop - new field added to the visual not showing up in PowerApp studio

I created a PowerApp visual in PowerBI Desktop with 5 fields added, then developed the app in PowerApp Studio. After I published the app, PBI managed to show the app successfully. Recently I want to include one new field (let's call it NewField) into the app and then I clicked the PowerApp visual in PBI Desktop > "..." > PBI prompt me and bring me to the PowerApp Studio in the browser as expected. When I try to include this NewField as one of the gallery item, the auto suggest list under the formular bar (fx) does not show this NewField. I tried to add it manually by typing out the exact field name, then PowerApp shows invalid name and isn't recognise. 

How do I add in the new field and get the PowerBIIntegration source updated with the latest fields added from PowerBI? Or do I always need to redo the entire PowerApp?

Please try refreshing the dataset and republishing the App.
