I have a report set up, with a manual refresh. I also set up a subscription, and it doesnt working. The way I did it was creating a dashboard on PowerBi Online and subscribing to the dashboard. When I published from Power Bi Desktop I need to replace the dataset because it says already has one (not sure if this had anything to do with my problem). Well, all the information change but the subscription does not work. I Hope someone can help me.
Hi @AlexandreMol,
Could you please mark the proper answers as solutions?
Best Regards,
Dale
Hi @AlexandreMol,
According to my test, the subscription can't be triggered by replacing the dataset. We need to refresh the dataset. Please give it a try. Please also refer to end-user-subscribe#requirements and end-user-subscribe#considerations-and-troubleshooting.
Best Regards,
Dale
