In Power BI desktop, how to remove installed plug-ins from external tools?

Win+R Enter: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Power BI Desktop\External Tools , delete the JSON file in this folder and the deleted icon will not be displayed.

@一棵黄葛树 Go to "Add or remove programs" and remove the external tool. Just search "Add or remove programs"i in Windows search bar.
Thanks for the concern, the program itself is uninstalled, but there is still an icon of this plugin showing on the toolbar, what can I do?
