Editable column in a table visual

Hello everyone

I have displayed the company name, amount due in a table matrix in an agent report. Powerbi is reading from a file. We use the powerbi table visual in our weekly meeting and decide on the actions to be taken for each company( which are the rows). 
How can I record on the fly the actions that are decided for each company, ie each row. Can I have a column which can be edited?

Hi   @Jaweed

The only way ( I know ) of inserting the data in power bi is with a use of power apps.

Optionally you can use SharePoint list or Excel sheet to input the data, merge the replies into your dataset.
