EOMONTH not working as expected

Hi peeps

I'm using this formula to get some rows back but for some reason I cant get rows that fall on the 31/01/2020. Am I using eomonth incorrectly or is my dax query just incorrect. I have two meetings that fall on the 31st and if i use >= with eomonth they appear.

CALCULATETABLE('Meeting (3)', 'Meeting (3)'[Start Time] >= TODAY() && 'Meeting (3)'[Start Time] <= EOMONTH(TODAY(),0))

Any help would be appreciated

You are using start_time. Does it have time?  If yes better to try

<(EOMONTH(TODAY(),0)+1)

This working as expected, just for my understanding what does the +1 represent?

In date, you can add days without using dateadd.

So instead of looking at <= '31-jan-2020' , we are saying <'01-feb-2020'
