Dynamically change the field of a slicer based on another slicer

Hi all,

a question about slicers. I have several columns related to location: country, state, province, city. 

I want to create a slicer that says which level I want to show: country, state, province or city. This can be done with a dynamic slicer. 

But then I want to create another slicer which changes based on the level that is selected. For instance if I select city, I want to see all the city's in this slicer, if I select country, I want to see all the countries in this slicer. 

Is this possible?
