Dynamically change formatting of all numbers on a report when viewed in different countries

I will be publishing a desktop report in powerbi embedded to multiple countries.

When UK views the report I want them to see all numbers on the report in the following format : 1,000,000,000.99

When France views the report I want them to see all numbers on report in the following format: 1 000 000 000,99

And so on

Is there a way to do this in PowerBI?

PowerBI detects the language of your browser so your French users should see the , instead of a . automatically! You may want to test that with some users first though!
