I have a main page with some buttons on it that link to other tabs. The first blue circle links to a tab called minimumdist., the second blue circle links to a tab called erroraccount, and so on with the rest of the buttons.
Is there a way to have these buttons dynamically change color based on the data in the linked tab. For example, if there is no data in the linked tab, then I want the circle to be green, if there is any data in the linked tab, then I want the circle to be red.

Thanks. I think I figured it out. On the buttons I made a rule based on if a data field total is greater than or equal to one, then make the circle red. Otherwise it defaults to green. Seems to be working right now.

Hey @Anonymous ,
I assume that you are talking about report pages, when you are referring to tabs.
When you are using the "new" page navigation, then it's not possible to apply a measure to each shape separately, that determines the color.
If you are using individual shapes with the page navigation action assigne, then you can create a measure for each shape that returns a color depending on the data:
Hopefully, this gets you started.

Tom
