Dynamically Index a Column based off it's Header matching existing Slicer

I have one table which has a column called 'Site' and this has unique values that will match to column headers of a seperate table called 'List'. I have slicers in place right now that filter by the unique values in 'Site'. I want those existing filters to be able to reference the column headers in 'List' and return the values below in that specific Column. Seems to be having issues with being able to have a row (the Column header in 'List') be dynamically refrenced. 'Site' Column (value in the slicer)'List' (Column Header & contents below I want to display in a matrix or table)

@TDuplechain , as of now it seems like the VDC list is used in the column field of the matrix visual .

if you want a table, then you need to pivot

Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

I have another problem now seperate to this original one. 

I need to turn on and off lines on POWER BI line chart, I've created a separate table that is serving as a slicer, and the table has a column that match the names of the lines on the line chart i want to toggle on and off. but I can't get the relationship between the lines on the chart, and the names from my slicer table to work correctly.
