Dynamic predictive run rate

I'm struggling with how to dynamically update a predictive run rate of values

I've split money across the year and I've created an expacted run rate and I'm not getting actuals coming in.  I want to update future months figures based on the original percentages.

I can do this easily in excel but im struggling to do it as a column in PowerBi.
