Dynamic pop up warning

Hi Anonymous ,
Here are the steps you can follow:
1. In Power Query – Home – New Source – Blank Query.
2. Click on the newly formed Query – Home – Advanced Editor.
3. Enter the following code into it.
let Source = #table(type table[Date Last Refreshed=datetime], {{DateTime.LocalNow()}}) in SourceResult:
Get the last refresh time:
4. Create measure.
Measure = IF( YEAR( MAX('Query1'[Date Last Refreshed]))=YEAR(TODAY())&& MONTH(MAX('Query1'[Date Last Refreshed]))=MONTH(TODAY())&& DAY(MAX('Query1'[Date Last Refreshed]))=DAY(TODAY()),"Update","No Update")5. Result:
