Dynamic parameter for none without choosing any paramter

I would like to know whether Power BI dymamic slicer can give an option None for not choosing any filter and only give the general result without choosing those parameter as what i am not haveing is able to select all/gender/age/tneure. I have created the dynamic parameter by using the following measure:
Parameter = {
    ("Gender", NAMEOF('Q1'[Gender]), 0),
    ("Age", NAMEOF('Q1'[Age]), 1),
    ("Tenure", NAMEOF('Q1'[Tenure]), 2),
}

However, I would like to have a rows: 4, column: 1 in the small multiples for bar chart. If i setted it like that it will be only 1/4 page instead of 1 page for none.

what i expect is: 1 big chart for none, and rows: 4 and columns: 1 if i filter the paramter like age, gender, tenure

@Anonymous , check do try something like

How is the Measure set been created? Also, Do i need to download the Tabular Editor for using this method? if yes, what is the main purpose for that?
