Dynamic labeling/segmentation of Accounts based on various measures

I need to be able to set labels for Accounts based on various parameters

Examples

- if Revenue for the Account has grown YoY then it is "Growing" vs "Shrinking".

- if Gross Margin for an Account is +ve then "Profitable" vs "Lossmaking"

- If Gross Margin YoY is shrinking at a faster rate than Revenue YoY then label it as "Shrinking Account w/ GM shrinking faster"

and other similar labels based on other parameters.

I can achieve this by using simple calculated fields or by using the Static segmentation patters described here  http://www.daxpatterns.com/static-segmentation/

However, I have an added complication. Any Account could be operating in say multiple regions. If a regional leader filters just his/her region then the segmentation/labeling should be based on the values for the Account for that region.

With static segmentation, this is not possible.

With the dynamic segmentation patters described here http://www.daxpatterns.com/dynamic-segmentation/ I can kind of achieve it but then I only get to see 1 measure in the pivot.

I can't see for example the Revenue, GM, GM% and say 10 other metrics of all our Shrinking Accounts. I can do that with static segmentation but then it doesn't satisfy the regional scenario.

Is there any other technique that can be used to achieve what I need?

@v-chuncz-msft Here's a simplified model -> Download Link

I've explained the expected output in the file as well.

Not sure everything I'm expecting is possible so knowing about the closest options is ok too.
