Solved: Dynamic group filtering

I want to create dynamic groups to be used in a dashboard. So if you select a client it choose clients with a similar fleet value i.e. 50% up or down on the chosen clients to be displayed in visuals.

Is this possible?

Note, I have tried different things like using the fleet value as the slicer, but it doesn't quite capture the requirement exactly
