Dynamic conditional formatting on dynamic card visual based on field parameter in power bi desktop

Hii

I have two field parameter table based on 6 measures and both are connected with one to one relationship with field order as primary key. I have used first field parameter(para1) (4 measures) as a slicer and other field parameter(para2) used on card visual. Measures on card visuals dynamically changes as per slicer selection.

Now i want to implement conditional formatting the color on callout value of card visual based on the selection of slicer. The condition i want is 

para2<=0.25,"#C80000",
para2>0.25,"#FF5800",
para2<=0.50,"#FF5800",
para2>0.50,"#4B912A".

Any help will be highly appreciated.

You can try to create a measure with switch function , an then apply the colours

i have tried but did not work since both the visual are dynamic that's why
