Hi All,
I've seen how to dynamically display different measures but I'm in need of returning a column of values instead.
Essentially I have an extremely large database with several hundred columns that I will be connected to with Direct Query. I need to create a dashboard which provides a column summary of descriptive statistics which is easy enough with the dynamic measures using an additional table and the switch formula. However I require some charts such as histograms and pie charts which need to dynamically pass the column in to them rather than a calculated measure.
For instance for the numeric columns I'll need the histogram to show the distribution and update based on the column selected. Or for categorical variables a pie chart to update to show parts of a whole.
Does anybody have any idea how to do this?
Thanks

Thanks for the response @v-cherch-msft .
I'm not sure this is entirely the solution I'm looking for as it maintains the dependent variable and just changes how it is sliced. What I'm aiming to do is completely change the dependent variable that is displayed.
For example imagine I have a histogram to plot the distribution of a variable (column) and then wanted to change the variable/column displayed in the histogram.
