Dynamic column calculation with passing parameter

I am attempting to do complete a dynamic calculation as a user selects/slices a week number in the year. The Calculation is a percent change between weeks. So if the user selects Week 4 and Week 6 of a particular Floor Area and Widget, they will be able to see the percent change between non consecutive weeks. Below is an example of a similar dataset

Current power bi not support to create a dynamic calculated column/table based on slicer.(slicer works on data view level, calculated column/table are store on date mode level, they can't interact)

You can create a dynamic measure based on slicer or use query parameter to affect the calculate column/table.
