When selecting a row in the table, I want the line chart to show the values of the selected commodity group across all years (2017-2024) and not only for the selected year.

When you cross-filter using a column from the same or a related table, only the selected data points are displayed. To change this behavior, use a disconnected table for the year instead.
Total Revenue Disconected Dates =
CALCULATE (
[Total Revenue],
TREATAS ( VALUES ( DisconnectedDate[Month and Year] ), Dates[Month and Year] )
)
