Dynamic change in line values

Hello Everyone,

I am working on a Quality dashboard that shows the quality of the employees.

The client is asking to accommodate the expected quality % according to their joining date, as there are different levels of employees(Associate, Sr. Associate, etc) so it differs.

TitleTrainingBeginnerProficientExpert
X -> X+30X+1 -> X + 120X+120 -> X+180> X+180+
Jn. Analyst70%92%93%96.50%
Analyst70%92%93%97%
Sr. Analyst70%92%93%97.50%
Lead Analyst70%92%93%98.50%

For example, Person A joined as Jn. Analyst in Oct. and we are calculating his quality on Feb. then the expected quality should like :

July: 70%

Aug : Oct : 92%

Nov : Jan : 93%

Feb onwards: 96.50 %

As for now, my monthly graph is showing the current month expected quality % instead of the above-mentioned % in all the months.

Would appreciate your help.

@v-eachen-msft: Thanks for the reply.

I have tried putting the pic of the current graph however, it was showing error to upload.I have tried in paint now.

So, I am looking for a solution where once they select the person from the slicer, Month graph should update with expected quality value and actual quality value.

As you see below, Line graps is the expected quality from the "Person A", and stacked is the actual quality % he has delivered.

I have already done the actual % part however, not been able to get the expected quality % part as it is dynamic in nature and depends on the date of Joining(explained in the intial post).

Hope it works now.

Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks
