Dynamic calculation through slicer selection

Hi

Am looking for help on dynamic report changes  based on Slice Selection.

 

based on user slicer Selection of "value "  that value is add or multiple to the coloum.

kindly give the reference dax functions  for below attachment.

Any help would be appreciated.
