Dynamic calculation between a dynamic time interval

Hi Everyone,

Here is the souce table looks like. It has every member's deposit record.

I want to know how many members which deposit more than 20 thousand between a dynamic time interval.

Ex : 2018-08-01 ~ 2018-08-10 / 2018-08-01 ~ 2018-09-15 / by week / by month

I already tried to create a measure like this [Over20000 = CALCULATE(DISTINCTCOUNT('Table1'[MemberId]),FILTER('Table1',SUM('工作表1'[Money]) >= 20000))], but the value is wrong.
