Dynamic button to click through into a card visual.

Hi There

I am currently creating a report which has month on month information for different developments.  We have various different multi-row cards for the various different departments metrics reporting the figures for each month and for the developments.

What we are trying to come up with is how we can insert an information button at the bottom of the multi row card for finance for example which will bring up a simple card visual that has the narrative behind the figures in the multi row card (such as EBIT decreased due to increased site costs).  We would also like to have other cards for each department so that they can put the narratives in each month for the developments.

I have played around with this myself but havent been able to get it working yet and I am wondering would it be something to do with bookmarks? 

I have included a screenshot below for reference.  I want the card below to pop up once you hit the information icon under commercial and similarly when one is included on in the finance multi row card.

Would be great if somebody could help out on this.

Thanks for the suggestion however, what I am trying to get is a dynamic info button so that the information will be changing when the development changes.
