Dynamic Title

I have created a dynamic measure to use in my title for when I switch the top n years in the chart. I want to add this as a chart title but in the conditional formatting it is giving my one option and won't allow me to bring in a calculated measure. Not sure if I have to enable something in settings for this or what.

@ROCKYDO12 make sure your measure returns a text. Can you send a picture of the code and also the drop down option you have in the dialog box you sent
