Dynamic Text as title showing error when nothing is selected

Getting errowrwghile nothing is selected in slicer even though kept some value please check beloow

Title = IF(ISCROSSFILTERED(FactReviewScaleDiscrepancy_v2[Parent]),VALUES(FactReviewScaleDiscrepancy_v2[Parent])&":  MEDIAN DAYS ELAPSED","MEDIAN DAYS ELAPSED")

In my test, the measure you provided could return dynamical title based on slicer selection.

What is the error details? If possible, could you share your pbix file for further analysis?

I used the same formula you provided above. Put this measure into a card visual.

Please expand the "See details" to get more error message.
