Dynamic Text Based on Variable

Hi all -

Quick question from a brand new user with a problem I am hoping to solve today. I am looking to display the most frequent responses to a survey--data is stored in Excel. Let's say it's "what are your favorite fruits." I would like the variables to be counted and the top three items - as text - show up in a power BI report. I've been doing a bit of googling, but haven't found quite the right trick yet. Thanks in advance for advice!

Would you please show us some sample data? And we can help you well.

According to your description, I created some sample data myself, hope this will help you.

It's hard to answer this precisely without know what the names of your tables and columns are, but you should be able to use a pattern like the following using CONCATENATEX over the TOPN function:

CONCATENATEX( TOPN(3, Responses[Fruits], [Count of Responses) , Response[Fruits], ",")
