Hi Experts
Based on the Month slicer Selection is would like my text to change accordingly. So if ythe user select from the month slicer Feb
AF / Apples Journey Time: Reported Feb 2019 - Jan 2020
if user selects Mar
AF / Apples Journey Time: Reported Mar 2019 - Feb 2020
so we have a rolling year view within the text...

Hi, you can create a measure that will return text. Let's see how can we build the following. Assuming you have a Calendar Table for that date filter:
Text Measure =
VAR __date = MIN(CalendarTable[Date])
VAR __first_date = EDATE(__date, -1)
VAR __second_date = EDATE(__date, -12)
RETURN
CONCATENATE(
"AF/Apples Journey Time: Reported ",
FORMAT(__first_date, "MMM YYYY")
& " - "
& FORMAT(__second_date, "MMM YYYY")
)
Hope that helps,
Happy to help!

@Anonymous , Assuming month is coming from date table or table having date. Try measure like
measure =
var _max = format(eomonth(maxx(allselected('Date'), 'Date'[Year]),-1),"MMM YYYY")
var _min = format(eomonth(maxx(allselected('Date'), 'Date'[Year]),-12),"MMM YYYY")
return
"AF / Apples Journey Time: Reported " & _min & " - " & _max
