I have a matrix with three row levels as shown below. There will be multiple rows on each tier and i want to create a dynamic rank on 3 measure i have on the martrix. I would like it to rank based on individual values ( tom's, jane's, etc), then on their group (Row B), and up to the total Group A. How can i do this?
Measure A Measure B Measure C Rank (measure A)
Row A Total Total Total 2
Row B Subtotal Subtotal Subtotal 5
John 1 1 5 1
Jane 2 1 6 2
Tom 3 3 8 3
HI @thampton ,
I don't think you can use one formula to achieve dynamic rank based on row contents level, you need to add if statement to check current row contents level and write correspond rank formulas.
