I have a manager that wants to see their bosses account on their login as well as their team below them and vice versa.
Is there an option to do this?

@rwcampbell , In RLS you can see what is below you. On desktop, you can see what any user can see. Also, RLS does not apply to a workspace admin.
Of you need to create custom hierarchy where he is above his bosses
