Hello all,
I have the following problem. I have created a report in Power BI Desktop that uses a Single Dataset (via Direct Query). I have set up a RLS in the single Dataset as a dynamic RLS using the UserPrincipleName. The RLS works when I enter a user in the "View As" dataset in PBI Desktop and enable the RLS. Unfortunately, when I publish it, it does not work in the report that accesses this dataset. Is this basically not working or am I missing something?
Thanks and best regards
Hi @Anonymous ,
In the Power BI Service Portal , please add the user to the RLS role.
