Dynamic Quartile slicer

I have tried making quartile slicer box eg:  25, 50, 75, 100, quartile and I have achieved but my challenge lies between how to connect the dummy table with my master table so that when I do Quartile selection the tables displays 25th quartile names and payments only and do the same for other quartile options as (50th,75th,100th quartile) 

Only company is selectedCompany and Quartile is selected but same result , How to connect quartile dummy table with payments ??

This below link is my target but in addition to that I have placed quartile slicer in my report my doubt is, do I have to create new measures or new column ??
