Dynamic Parameters

HI Team,

I have a requirement  on dynamic parameters cocept . I have imported a sql query in which User Id column is a parameter , Whoever logg's in  the power Bi report in desktop using corresponding email id, Corresponding User Id should set dynamically in the  imported sql query. Please find below screenshots for reference.  

For example, userid is declared as 1 but, it should be replaced with corresponding User id (It can be either 3011,3008..etc)which should be fetched from database as shown below

How we can achevie this ??
