Dynamic Measure using slicer and selected value

Hello All, I am trying to create a measure which will show me country level, facility level and Region level numbers depending on slicer selection. I tried using selected value and calculate function but i am not getting the expected results when i try selecting multiple facilites within same country or different country.

When i select multiple facilities in same country I am trying to get the value corresponding to facility = All in the country it falls under

Similary when i select multiple facilites in different country I am trying to see value corresponding to country = All (region number)

Not sure what do you want to achieve after seeing your description and pbix.

1. I doubt why do you have "All" as a row value, and I don't see any Region column in your pbix as you mentioned you something related to Region number. 

2. "I am trying to  get the value corresponding to facility = All in the country it falls under". I don't get that sentence, you have already filtered out the "All" value from the country and fac slicer, and now why do you what it to = ALL, is that the case? or I get it wrong?

Overall, I don't think that sample pbix is correctly created, can you update and elaborate?

@amitchandak : Thanks for your reply..I went through the link but I am trying to achieve something different. The slicers are based on values in the table and based on the selection I am trying to fetch different values from the same table...not sure if it can be done
