Dynamic Measure Name in Matrix

Hi Everyone,

I am using Matrix visual in which I have Market in Column card, Category in Row card and 5 measures in Values. These measures are formatted string as we need to show "Current Year Value | Vs PY Value" in all 5 measures. I am using slicers also. On the basis of slicers, I want to showcase only 3 measures at one time. I tried multiple ways, I am getting the blanks for the measures that I want to hide for all Market and Category but not able to hide those.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Jyoti Bora

Hey @jbora0494 ,

Please try using Field parameters for this. Under Modeling>New Parameter>Fields, drag and drop the 5 measures in the Parameter setup. Once you create it, it should add a slicer with all the measure names that you can select from. Then, in the matrix visual, use the Parameter in the Values section instead of the individual measures.

Hope it helps!
